      The wage is good, once you realize the place you got in.

      Cons

      Lack of management and no appreciation for achievements. Managers has no management skills No appreciation for achievements Random Lay-Offs Never have budget to buy the real technologies out there, instead of it chose the cheapest ones that does not work No opportunities to Grow If you are talented stay away.

      Pros

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Cons

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
