      Pros

      Decent hike compare to service based companies it's good. But lower than product based companies

      Cons

      QA MANAGER does lot of politics. No growth for employees, full of Tamil managers n leads. Worst company I have ever worked so far.

      Pros

      Burnout from 17 years of working long hours including evenings and weekends. I have worked 110 hour weeks and several concurrent 100+ hour weeks. I have a strong work ethic and will always go above/beyond what is required of me and take on additional responsibilities outside my role.

      Cons

      Health issues related to burnout. I have to do a better job at work/life balance, actually take PTO and disconnect. When I would take PTO, I would still attend calls and respond to emails as I felt it my responsibility to serve my customers.
