Pros
one of the most expensive or maybe the best training , bootcamp and overall staffing Organization I write this review with previous experience of taking courses from Udemy, Courserra and also stints with Revature ,coding dojo and Flatiron. Also I am a 2021 graduate I am not sure how and why experience of people with synergisticit has been bad but I assume most of the people writing or saying anything negative actually never joined and were just stating stuff based on just initial call or email interaction rather than after joining and writing after the completion of their program. I am writing this review on weekend as i was supposed to do this almost 4 months back and they asked me if i could write about my experience. I will give you couple of reasons synergisticit is better than more than a 100 + bootcamps open all over the world while being more expensive than 90% of them. 1) Individual attention and ability to redo sessions at no additional cost 2) Topics which they cover and the depth and breadth they cover the topics is uncompareable. (Trust me -been to coding dojo, flatiron, courserra and udemy so have my breadth of experience) 3) Network and network of clients like spiderman ..Issue with most bootcamps is they can train however struggle is after training like you dont get any f@#%g support from any of them... excuse my salty language but i experienced almost no support from most. Revature wanted to get me into a client however wanted to pay me peanuts $57000 per year and wanted me to go to Atlanta from Los angeles and I had to lock myself up with a 2 year contract at same compensation. 4) Their experience in the tech industry is more than 99% of the other organizations their company has been in business since 2010 and their ceo hass been in the tech staffing industy in client interfacing roles for almost 19 years so he says that makes them vastly superior to other organizations 5) last but not the least they were straight forward they told me that if I did not do my part if i missed trainins sessions or did not do project work the chances of success were slim however if I spent an equal amount of time what they spent on sessions I would get a good or great Employment opportunity 100% I did their data science program and it took me almost 6 months to finish it. It was not perfect however if i sum up all the parts it was a complete solution to my problem of not able to get a break into the tech industy. Am I happy ? I think looking back yes kinda for making $105,000 per year on my new shiny data analyst position in the concrete jungle . I would say I wanted more $$$$$$ however if I look at their overcall cost of training which is 30,000 out of which I paid 10,000 befoe their training and remaining I am going to pay from my income over 2-3 years I am not really unhappy as I already wasted 6-7 months of my time previously going to other bootcamps without results. Is the investment high? I guess from the outside it looks so and i also felt so however over the years as my dad said you get what you pay for holds true everywhere . Ok I did my part ladies and gentlemen ... Do explore other options as new options new places keep popping up or go to them if you dont want to redo sessions like I did just dont go to the cheap ones as I did as cheap is expensive .. Enough ranting for today ..byes
Cons
Expensive $$$$$$ inflation is hitting from everywhere thankfully I have a job now. Sometimes overwhelming with the amount of tech learning . Too many failures at times in interviews makes you sad sometimes however don't give up
