    Applied online, than a recruiter called and asked for background, went through their policy about training, deposit, marketing, and so on (They are very important!). Then a phone interview with the manager, went through background again, then ask questions about core java and jsp.

    be prepared for 2 rounds of screening. Screening is not very tough if you know basics of java or.net but they don't take people who don't know anything or are bad with basics
