Pros

Training is good. Nagendra is the only trainer who knows his stuff.

Cons

Why did they hide the fact that you hvae to 25K as fees when you leave their contract. They are not honest about it. No contractor makes an employee sign such a bond in US for such a huge amount. I am not sure if its even legal. Also, the only reason they place you in Fortune 500 Cleints is becouse they pay more. So they give more money per hour. They will make you wait until they find a client that pays 70+ dolllars per hour so that they take away most of what you actually earn.If you make around 65 K per annnum you earning about less than 30$ per hour. So they are reallly greedy. There are far better alternatives compared to this. And also all reviews posted here are mostly fake except for the ones that are low rated. Like the previous post says there are far better alternatives.

Hi . We appreciate you taking time out to write a detailed review. Reviews like yours help us clarify things clarifications: 1) your assertion is wrongly founded. smaller companies pay higher billing rate than larger fortune 500 clients. Simply because there is more supply rather than demand from larger clients and given an option everyone wants to join a larger client. So smaller companies pay more money to pull talent. 2) we are very straightforward in our contract and it is mentioned beforehand and is a passdown from the client site and we are sorry to say it is perfectly legal and enforceable and has been drafted by employment attorneys and we only enforce it for candidates who leave us before 1 year as we spent a long time training them. 3) we spend an average of 15-20 k on a candidate by the time he or she gets into a project. We have multiple trainers who provide the best training possible in java. 4) we dont take longer time because we are waiting for better rates we wait to ensure our candidates get the best clients and get into long term projects. Long term projects facilitate easier working conditions and also ensuring that we are able to file h1b for candidates who need them. We wish we got such high rates for all our candidates. 5) we offer 70 k and after 1 year we convert into percentage and we provide one of the best java training in the usa as of now . We provide nice clean guest houses, a lunch room , gift cards and a library stocked with more than $50000.00 worth of books. We administer tests and review progress of our candidates. We pay for h1b , hire the best attorneys, help our candidates on projects if they have any issues till the time they are with us, carry insurances for clients which cost us more than 15-20 k per year, have a 401k plan, provide medical insurance or reimburse, have guest houses which have 5 people in a 2 bed 2 bath and rent is 3k. All this without charging anything so yes in wonderland we are greedy but in the real world we have a business to run and we have to pay trainers, pay recruiters, pay sales people, pay office rent, guest house rent and also fund new batches which join us. So if the expectation from us is is to provide subpar training and resources just so that some couple of hundred dollars can be given as salary we prefer to choose otherwise . its a win win for both the candidate and us. As the candidate would not be able to get into such clients on his own accord and only with the help of quality training can he/ she survive in the project. We are only one amongst the few firms which dont do proxy interviews and train our candidates well so they clear their own interviews. There are many firms which provide percentage from day one but the choice is for the intelligent candidate to get fired from a project without good training or to stay on the project with good training. Quality things are never cheap and you get what you pay for. Remember the crappy tablet or phone you bought for 90 bucks :) thinking you were getting a steal so apply the same logic here. 6) we dont have any contractor who worked less than 1 year with us. We dont have any candidate till now who invested his /her time seriously and was not successful. If you are able to locate even one we will give you a $1000 gift card. Please mention the name on this forum and if we are not able to justify it we will provide the gift card. If you worked for us you would not have written this review the only reason could be a employee who was let go, a candidate who had to pay 10k as he violated the clause and 3 rd a competitor of ours Whatever may be the case we wish you the best and may you invest your time and energy in positive things and we believe in good karma so as justin t sang...what goes around comes around......Good luck :)

Pros

good thorough process worked for me where others failed before. Java, Spring boot, dsa, devops, sql,full stack. Lots of menu items. started in feb got hired in october joining in december

Cons

if you are on a budget it can be pricey but def worth it

Pros

Synergisticit has an office in fremont and there is another synergistict which is in new jersey. This is for synergisticit fremont which has an online job placement program which people like me can take from anywhere . Long story short the program was expensive but their program helped me get hired for a data scientist job at a salary north of $100k in 9-10 months. Was it worth it? Yes. Was it too long ? Yes. Someone who has gone through multiple bootcamps before at least I knew this will work as my cousin joined and got hired 3 years before. My mistake waiting and trying to get a good deal by doing free or pay once you get a job bootcamps. That was a mistake. This simply works as they have client connections.
