Pros
Good co-workers. Flexible work environment. Good work life balance. If you take full advantage of the quarterly hackathons, you can spend up to one month a year working on anything you want. You'll get a chance to work on some really cool technologies, that will make you valuable in the marketplace.
Cons
Important decisions are made without the input of enough voices. There isn't a good forum for feedback from workers. Bonuses and raises shrunk considerably the last several years with no explanations as to the reason.
