The interview was simple, very conversation-like. I met with a panel but did not feel any exaggerated pressure, partly because everyone is really genuine. All good people at Syntech. It has been a pleasure to work here

I had a 30 minute interview with the Engineering Department Manager and one HR representative. It was very comfortable and I was very forward about being a fast learner and willing to help solve problems as efficiently as I can.
