Fun and independent work, but lack of management support

Pros

You are given a project that is usually already started and it is fun and independent work.

Cons

The managers show very little interest in your work and don't set requirements for what your project is supposed to be about. Took them months to clarify what they wanted done for their project. Also, they are very busy, so do not expect to get much feedback.

Communication has always been inconsistent. Management engages in highly unprofessional practices and inappropriate behaviors. The company overall lacks structure, professionalism, and basic individual respect.
