Pros
Stressed out employees told that favorable Glassdoor reviews will help the recruit the staff they desperately need. It worked! Some very bright people and technical abilities.
Cons
Products that should be rock solid are not. New products are released without being properly vetted or supported. Staff with skills and experience are leaving in significant numbers further exacerbating these issues. Quality assurance and control needs more attention.
