Pros

Salary is fine. But even in salary I don't see any advantages over another place, There have also been no salary increases for over a year

Cons

-I strongly advise staying away from this company. If you have other opportunities, it's better to pursue them. Firstly, the human relations within the company are appalling, with no consideration for the employees. There's a constant feeling that the time spent by employees is not valued enough, and there's a sense that management does not want employees to request benefits or salary increases. Even requests from excellent employees for legitimate needs are not accepted, not to mention salary increases that haven't been granted for over two years. There is a culture of rudeness and mistreatment, exemplified by relocating offices without considering the inconvenience caused, and the positive aspects of coming to work are overshadowed by unpleasant practices. - The work atmosphere is unpleasant and depressing, lacking high motivation for work, and there is not much professional advancement. - Many of the managers are stuck in outdated methods and do not allow employees to express themselves." - There is a sense of instability; every week someone else is fired without prior warning or preparation. -Some of the human resources personnel are probably not suited for their role in human resources, as human interaction is not their strong suit.

Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

Cons

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
