Pros

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

Cons

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.

Pros

Nice people, its a place where if you get your nish there you can stay as long as you like. Just keep out of the CEO radar.

Cons

Bad CEO, Steve jobs complex. No opportunity to expand your knowledge. No training. No real direction or plan.

Pros

SysAid does an outstanding product that is supported by an excellent and professional team of people. My direct manager has been nothing but helpful, approachable and a product expert. The company as a whole are very friendly. I was also welcomed personally by the CEO at our monthly meeting.

Cons

The company is doing so well that more people are needed desperately. I haven't been at the company long enough to mention more cons, as I'm very happy there.
