work atmosphere is good, they have food facility. you can work independently and not much pressure. weekly reviews and targets are set.
Cons
Only night shifts, no proper salary hikes, no new clients, Training's not provided. company doesn't have a good database. they are not using their product and relying on 3rd party products.
