Cons
A big company which has the strategy to nearshore all operational activities meaning that people are forced to leave the company who has build up extensive knowledge and experience. There is a misfit between the upper management and the rest of the organization. It seems that higher management is living in a totally different world than the rest of the employees. Middle management seems to be more preoccupied with establishing their own position than the targets of the company Sales position outside of Germany is weak resulting in few local sales successes which are needed to strengthen the position of your local offices.
