Pros
T-Systems is a fair employer, where salary is paid on time and overtime can be compensated. Promises made are usually kept.
Cons
internal conflicts and competition with other Telekom units can make work difficult. It is often easier to deal with external companies, than other employees from competing Telekom/T-Systems units. Many bureaucratic processes enable disgruntled people to slow down projects to a stillstand. It is a shame that many project managers and even product owner positions are staffed with external consultants instead of internal managers. A weird consequence is that failed products have no consequences to managers.
