      Pros

      As a trainee you have very flexible work hours. You have the chance to participate in big projects. The work environment is close to a multinational company one and the applications are up to date. You will be handled as a colleague who will be the team member after the internship.

      Cons

      You can easily feel yourself useless after a while, especially if your mentor can not allot to you useful tasks.
