Even after the T-Systems germany name associated with them they are still not able to grab the projects and this is really worry some. 3. People here at bench and get the appraisals, variable pay but those who are working very hard are not even getting appraisals to compensate the inflation. 4. They will ask you to send referrals but never ever your referred people will get the call but same person will get the interview call if referred from the CONSULTANCY. now you get me what I am saying here. 8.
