      Started as an intern, was a very smooth transition into full-time employment Very clear rules Flexible working hours Colleagues were friendly

      Cons

      Sooo much bureaucracy High-level management decisions impeding the work (e.g. constantly moving people/projects between companies/departments) Huge company => not really competitive salary No perspective Low-performance computers
