      Pros

      Great people that are very knowledgeable about the business. This made learning a new role easier. They were also very open to positive feed back on how to improve efficiency of reporting.

      Cons

      Benefits were not the best.

      Each day brings a different delivery route, which keeps things from becoming repetitive. The team is helpful and the management communicates schedules clearly. Pay and benefits are competitive and people here are treated with respect.
