Thank you for sharing your past experience as a team member. We maintain high benchmarks
of quality and regret that we did not live up to our standards in your case. Being a global leader in the replacement tire and automotive service industry is a challenging endeavor, and our organization is a work in progress. Therefore, we welcome constructive criticism and will do our best to address any issues brought to our attention.

Pros
Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.
Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.
Cons
Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
