      You are allowed to work from home three days a week, very nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Extreme amount of overtime, No comp time for overtime hours, Expected to work on holidays, no bonuses or sick days, high turnover, low pay

      Work keeping you active. Enough space to do your job, no micromanaging. Steady workflow and good compensation.

      Work/Life Balance okay, get your route down and done quickly if you need to.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, cannot seem to stick with 1 program, uncertainty of the commission structure, mislead on who to contact, outsourcing customer service. Pays ok, but bank on no commission. Company talks about how much money they are making and how well they are doing while we struggle to make sense of the algorithm they have come up with on what to pay us that year.
