TCP has a long existing base of customers that they have been able to hold onto over the years, so you will meet a lot of people with different needs which makes anyone a better salesperson.
Cons
The operation side of the business is a bit messy with a lack of customer service for the customer and a lack of support for the sales team. Accounting errors and similar issues take a long time to get resolved.
