    Pros

Plenty of hands on experience and opportunities to work your way up into a senior role.
Some good benefits including gym membership

    Cons

As they were expanding so quickly there was some confusion around management structure and strategy. On boarding training could be better.

    Pros

None. The other low level hard workers are the only good thing.

    Cons

Where to start? Directors are clueless, and don't listen to their staff.
After all the litigation and CEO resigning, there is not much money left, they just laid off 20+ people this week. No more bonuses (which I why I went there). No more parties, they are going belly up.

    Advice to Management

Try being a manager, listen to your staff. Look for a job, you will need one soon.

I have been working at TCP full-time

    Pros

the job is comfortable, just do what you say you'll do & show your coworkers respect. Most employees are respectful and work well as a team & there's always something to do so your never bored. No micromanaging or hidden BS, everything is pretty straight forward, which is great & rare. Health insurance benefits are very good as well.

    Cons

no options for working at home if your just doing paper work or coding, restricting hours (it's 8-5 only no options to fill your 40 hours any other way), outdated policies from the 80s like the "dress code" policy, no maternity leave benefits for new parents just the bare minimum required by law, and no sick time just 15 days PTO + a floating holiday (regardless if you put in extra hours or worked here many years)

    Advice to Management

please work on these policies to match this decade. well rested and happy employees who have time to heal from illnesses or rest from work are more productive and clear minded.

    Cons

legal issues, need strong leadership to clean up internal departments and China operations.

    Advice to Management

Allow for more inter department collaboration. Set up deadlines and hold departments heads accountable.
