Very bad experience at “the Disneyland of higher education” - Anonymous employee TCU Employee Review

- incredibly demanding work load - increased responsibilities for student mental health response, even for those not in qualified roles - entitled students who do not care to learn personally, academically, or professionally - non-inclusive community, as an employee unwelcoming remarks and slurs were used toward me - leadership who does not support work/life balance, nor do they care for the well-being of their employees
