The company has no concept of running a business, instead of investing in the good people they already have, they keep hiring new people, investing in training them. Once staff find out the company has no interest in them in the long run or wants to work them to the bone and not pay enough for that they leave and the company rehires and spend more money on new teams. Sales scheme is a joke, hardly compensated for the work sales staff put in and the money they bring to the company. The company will do anything possible to avoid compensating sales or pay commission. Don't expect to make the advertised 55k they mention.. its never attainable because they put a commission plan to make sure you not only compete against yourself but against your co-workers for the same commission! forces the staff to have a doggy dog work mentality instead of a team work! I have seen sales guys go behind others to take their sales to get to higher commission rate!! What a sad plan!
