Reorganization was going on for roughly two years. It was poorly planned, poorly handled and poorly communicated. It is now manager heavy with these positions having a lot of power. So how your work and everyday will look like is really dependent on who is your manager. Salary is low compared to the market, the work environment used to make up for the gap but not in the last year.
