Pros

Stable, well-established company with strong job security. Good reputation in the mid-market and trusted by large public and private sector clients. Supportive colleagues and a positive team culture. Strong flexibility and work-life balance

Cons

Information is scattered across too many systems, with no single source of truth. You often get different answers depending on who you ask, which slows you down. Lack of clear, consistent internal processes makes day-to-day work more frustrating than it needs to be. internal tools and tech setups feel outdated and clunky. Salary is on the lower side for the responsibility and workload, although this is partly balanced by stability.
