Good physical working environment - natural light, good climate control, cleanliness, recycling, eco-friendly cleaning products, free quality coffee, well equipped kitchen, good ergonomics - there is enough space around a person not to feel cramped Efforts to get communication systems, reward systems under way
Cons
Stressful, tense working environment - too focuses on metrics which makes people afraid to help you lest they can't get to their own work and make their numbers look good People seem afraid to speak up and just take the abuse of a few people These same people create a macho culture
