Pros
Tons of potential, but not convinced that Textron's investment (which has now slowed or stopped) will be returned to the stockholders
Cons
I had worked for AAI at this location for years. Although times had been tough there was an upward trend then some key folks left the businesss -- promotions, retirements, etc. Since then we havent won a thing, we were combined with 3 other Simulation and Training companies and have had several CEOs. None has a grasp on the business, none knows how to rally the employees and none are ever here.
