Pros

get paid to do nothing

Cons

12 hour shifts with only 2-3 hours worth of work to do. rest of the time is spent trying not to do anything to fill the time. Then get in trouble anyways when you've done nothing wrong. only 10 days PTO per year. does not roll over to next. acquiring 10 PTO hours per month. sick days use up PTO. no holidays off. only extra pay. mandatory overtime. no time to do things with friends and family outside of work as work falls on days that normal people have off and vice versa. no time for life outside of work.
