Pros
Technology leader of chip manufacturing, with good relationships to customers due to special business model which only focus on chip making for customer but not build its own IC products.
Cons
A company with plenty of rules to follow due to strict PIP policy. Which is good design for preventing business secret stolen by competitors but it really blocks cross-department cooperation.
