      Pros

      Amazing if you love to learn. Plenty of activities (clubs, events) within the Company. Great fellow engineers and a great place to learn.

      Cons

      No work-life balance (12+ hours and weekends). Your work load will highly dependent on how skilled your manager is. Must have phone at all times. High pressure. Know Chinese.

      Stability despite layoffs across the semiconductor industry

      Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona
