Pros
Great place to understand the semiconductor manufacturing working process, with good starting salary and bonus as freshman.
Cons
As a module engineer, will keep doing the same thing without any rotation and build up your career. Do not stay over 3 years in the same department. The internal transfer process was terrible, some managers do not respect what their employees really want, and HR could not contribute any power during the transfer progress.
