Cons
TSMC fails to recognize and appreciate the hard work of its employees. There is a lack of acknowledgment for achievements, which demotivates the workforce. A little appreciation can go a long way in boosting employee morale and loyalty, but unfortunately, TSMC falls short in this aspect.
