I can't tolerate overwork and 24-hour shifts, and TSMC's top-down culture leaves little room for employee empowerment and investment. As a technical engineer, I feel that I have been deprived of power, undervalued, and made decisions without taking into account the professional knowledge and insights of those directly involved in the work.
