Pros

They offer a solid relocation package, 401K matching, an annual bonus, and the standard 15 days of PTO.

Cons

The office culture here is toxic, particularly for Asians. It's expected that you stay until your seniors leave, with no overtime pay, often working 12-16 hours on weekdays. The environment is rife with workplace bullying, especially if you're not an introvert, and there's a lot of backstabbing and fake interactions. Bullying is widespread, and if you're not American but Asian, the situation can be even worse—your boss may expect you to handle everything, both during and outside work hours. PTO is difficult to use unless you have a "reasonable" reason.
