      Pros

      The Pay is very good. And there a quite a few SOP made made by the senior than can help you get by.

      Cons

      They only gave you a minimal time for newcomer to be adapt. And depending on your assigned position, some bosses might be very strict and unbearable for you. However, you cannot be assigned to other postion due to strict policy of needing 2 years of working time to be able to be moved to different department. Long working hours is also a problem and the working pressure can be quite unbearable.

      Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona
