Activity Host - Activity Host TUI Group Employee Review

The cons were the activity & fitness team at the hotel I worked at, Akra sorgun sensatori in Side. The team showed no respect whatsoever. I experienced bullying within the team, just days before my season was over! I went and complained about this to the ''manager'', but she was not taking me seriously. She, together with the unserious ''teamleader'', adviced me to just keep doing my job and speak kindly to the team members, even if they disrespect me and telling me inappropriate things. That team was absolutely a big joke and extremely unserious. Basic respect was lacking and Tui turns a blind eye to this.
