      Pros

      Employees are really passionate about travel and have a good comradery with one another. When sales goals are met, the company rewards employees with small things that go a long way.

      Cons

      Executive management have no idea what direction they want to go in. They are very clickish and have to make decisions all together, all the time. Very poor leadership from the top down. Backstabbing is a common practice.

      Relatively easy job Ok salary

      Cons

      Bad management Favouritism Long hours / unpaid overtime No clear direction Managers absent in the time of need Managers leave early while we are expected to stay as long as they need us to. No regard for our personal time.
