Great people, can do atmosphere at customer service level

Appalling management. Lots of corporate buzzwords and slogans, retailer in the sky and holiday airline of choice but absolutely zero support to make these happen. Aim appears to be to increase profit by reducing employee pay and increasing employee workload.
