-Friendly teams -Travel benefits (however concession rate has not increase and holiday price has) -Good work life balance the majority of the time
Cons
- White male dominated management team - Low salary - A good or above average review doesn't guarantee you a pay rise despite achieving your objectives. It's down to HR to decide and you could get 0% for all your efforts. -Poor pay rises. -Bonus scheme only benefits the managers and not the majority of staff unlike local companies like Easyjet who give bonuses to all staff. -Poor morale -Lack of progress or development -HR don't listen to managers with regards to poor pay and staff retention issues -HR unseen and unsupportive
