Pros
In my early branch, I had a great mentor who was really dedicated to training and promoting me through the ranks. Great team-work, your branch co-workers become a mini family!
Cons
Promise a lot of benefits which take a long time to come in to play. Salary is a lot lower than other travel companies. Lack of communication between branches and higher management. Not much opportunity for career progression from retail to other areas of the business, despite this being promoted during interview stages.
