      Pros

      - Concessions to use on holidays each year - Great Well-Being programme - Solid training, some of the best training here and investment in people

      Cons

      - one of 300 managers, can be lost in the system - no autonomy in own stores eg opening hours - hard to progress outside of retail ie head office - so many processes to get something resolved - poor pay compared to other travel agencies
