The core tenet of the Taboola brand is continual exploration and discovery. We strive to foster a culture that encourages employees to explore, learn, stretch, and grow a career from within Taboola. Because of that belief, we promote from within and work hard to support new managers to grow into their new roles. We offer management training, 1:1 coaching, frequent feedback opportunities between employees and managers, employee surveys, and ongoing HR outreach. We also encourage our VPs to do skip meetings, and want a culture that supports anyone speaking with management and sharing feedback. So thank you.
