      Pros

      The people that work here are world-class. Everyone is supportive and collaborative and kind. There is room to grow and contribute to positive change - leaders appreciate new opinions and new ways of achieving goals. Perks and benefits are very competitive. Office space is modern and comfortable.

      Cons

      Hard to really identify a con - I am still relatively new but I am thankful to be here and look forward to my future with T2.

      good but not great benefits

      Very disorganized management and company. T2 is basically a holding company and lets the labels, especially Rockstar, have free rein to do what they want with no accountability to T2 management. T2 employees always criticize Rockstar and their employees as arrogant. Workplace is a cluster with no real input and are at the mercy of the labels and their directions - just puppets bending to the whims of the labels. Very difficult to make change
