      Where I'm at, the benefits are decent, and the culture isn't toxic. The work is also full filling.

      I wish there were more profit sharing options at my level.

      good but not great benefits

      Very disorganized management and company. T2 is basically a holding company and lets the labels, especially Rockstar, have free rein to do what they want with no accountability to T2 management. T2 employees always criticize Rockstar and their employees as arrogant. Workplace is a cluster with no real input and are at the mercy of the labels and their directions - just puppets bending to the whims of the labels. Very difficult to make change
