Pros
TS is a market leader in a topic much needed by the world. I enjoy my work every day. It is fast paced, challenging, but very rewarding. We have dispersed workforce, and wonderfully diverse in background and point of view. TS has created an agile team who are dedicated to crafting solutions which are truly valued by our clients. Our office staff is responsive and professional. All of our team has shown they are willing to pitch in and support each other for the good of the whole. Several new areas of content are coming out in 2018. I'm excited to continue the ride!
Cons
With rapid growth, comes some pains and adjustments. However, I have never heard a topic raised internally at TS which we were not able to openly, and honestly hash out, resolve, and come out with stronger operating systems and content for our clients.
