TalentSmart interview questions

Had a phone interview, then another panel interview in addition to giving a presentation to a group. No feedback after presentation due to time constraints. After that, complete silence and was ghosted. Tried reaching out several times and no response back. If position was filled or if someone didn’t make the cut the least you can do is notify them. Putting someone through all of this and not having the decency to send a simple message or any response is unprofessional and rude. Put yourself in an applicants shoes and see that it is tough to not hear back. A simple courtesy would have been nice to see from a company that promotes values.

Very casual and whole team was involved in the process. However when staff are asked to interview the decision to hire has already been made therefore it is just to make the process look inclusive.
