      Pros

      Great employees, good office space with bi weekly lunches.

      Cons

      The company is like a sinking ship with an exorbitantly high attrition rate. The company itself doesn't know where it is headed and is highly mismanaged. Despite being a startup of <14 employees, the upper management doesn't care about the feedback and suggestions offered by the employees for growth. Poor pay structure. Laid back attitude. Half of the advertised products aren't developed. Stay away if you can.

      Pros

      Young, dynamic, and fun team. Chance to work on massive scale and huge amounts of data. Collaborative and welcoming work place. Execution oriented and results driven culture.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment. Not ideal for someone seeking a 9-5 job. Being a startup in a fast evolving field, their goals and timelines are highly ambitious. It can also require modifying and adapting the goals quickly.
