Pros
New office building. Supervisors/managers/Director is awesome to work for. Benefits are pretty good. They pull bonus numbers out of thin air.
Cons
HR is too involved with decision making and promotions. The pay isnt as completive. 2.5% merit increases are a slap to the face.
