Pros
Target was a fantastic company to work for. The only reason I am not currently employed there is due to the fact that there is no facility located within a reasonable distance from my home.
Cons
The only opportunity I feel target has is the insistance that upper management have a college degree. I am a single mother with approximately ten years of retail management experience and some college. I feel that this sort of experience should sufficiently compare to a college degree.
