Products are easy to sell, well known. Job is fun and rewarding. You’re not a number here. We truly are a family.

Upper management seems to be stuck in the days of direct sales 25+ years ago. They’ve brought new leadership on, which is great because someone is better than no one… but they are missing the boat. Direct sales has changed, getting the same outdated training and message from home office is old after awhile and other companies are leaving us behind. Our minimum compensation should be reevaluated, it’s far too low to compete with other companies in this market.
